INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE

The internship is structured into four phases over 3 - 4 months, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience.

PHASE I: The Selection Process

Interested candidates will undergo a selection process that evaluates their passion, skills, and commitment to sustainability. This phase ensures a diverse and motivated cohort.

PHASE II: The Training Period (First 15 Days)

New interns will participate in an intensive training program, equipping them with the foundational knowledge and tools necessary for effective engagement in sustainability projects.

PHASE III: Active Mentorship

Interns will be paired with experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and feedback as they work on assigned projects. Regular check-ins and mentorship sessions will facilitate professional development and personal growth.

PHASE IV: Completion of Internship

The program culminates in a final presentation where interns showcase their projects and learnings. This is an opportunity to reflect on their journey, receive feedback, and celebrate their achievements.
