A living lab inside a living community

The Sustainable City is a functioning community where people live, work, learn, run businesses and use services every day. SEE Institute can use it as an environment for research, pilots, experimentation and selected real-world testing.

Where an idea becomes evidence

A demo can show that something works. The Living Lab can help explore whether it makes anything better.

Selected technologies, products and ventures move into controlled real-world testing: an AI agent inside a real workflow, a resident service with the people who use it, a building solution against real operations, a digital product with real users. Everything is defined, approved and measured before it scales or stops.
