The abstract should clearly demonstrate the relevance of your research to the conference theme and sub-topics.
Ensure that your extended abstract follows the specified word count and formatting guidelines. Use a clear and readable font, maintain consistent formatting, and include appropriate headings and subheadings to enhance readability.
Full Paper (Optional)
If you have a complete research paper ready, you may submit it through the submission system instead of or in addition to the extended abstract. The full paper should adhere to the designated word count and formatting requirements. Please note that submitting a full paper is not mandatory, and extended abstracts will be considered for inclusion in the conference program.

Registration Fee Waiver or Discount
The Organizing Committee of the First International Conference on Net Zero Solutions and Circular Economy (FICNZSCE) is offering a limited number of registration waivers for the Conference. We believe in promoting inclusivity and facilitating meaningful participation from diverse backgrounds. Therefore, fee waiver or discount will be extended to the following categories of individuals or groups:
Full-time/Part-time bachelor students currently enrolled in an academic institution can apply for a fee waiver to present at the conference. A valid student ID or proof of enrollment will be required.
Representatives of registered non-profit organizations that align with the conference’s themes and goals may also be eligible for a fee waiver.
Early Career Stage
Applicants currently at an early stage of their research career, including graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers who do not have any financial support from their institution, a research grant, or other funding awards to attend the conference. A valid student ID and letter from your supervisor confirming your enrollment and your financial situation.
The last date to submit a Fee Waiver Application is

how to apply?
Then please send an email to Dr. Jacinta Dsilva with the title “Attn: FICNZSCE2023 Conference Fee Waiver”. The email should include:
- The paper title.
- An extended abstract including methodology, main assumptions, and conclusions of the paper (1500 words maximum).
- Up to 6 keywords should be used.
- Author/participant name(s) and institutional affiliations.
- A professional high-resolution picture and short bio of each participant (not a detailed CV).
- Author/participant E-mail addresses and mobile numbers (essential).
- All the documents that support your eligibility in one of the mentioned categories for fee waiver.
The fee waivers or discounts will be distributed at the discretion of the scientific committee during the abstract review. If you are awarded a registration fee waiver, you will be notified after the abstract review has been completed and asked to confirm your acceptance.
